Jun 01, 2026"Came her for a work lunch and was blown away. It's simple hearty cooking at it's best and everything was incredibly tasty. The resaurant feels warm, inviting and I've most definitely found a new favourite lunch spot here. It's casual atmosphere and tastefully dated interior makes you feel like you've popped round to your nans house, for a catch up over a lunch she's lovingly made you. It's a hug on a plate for sure. A true Independent gem - I highly recommend!"

May 08, 2026"Another great lunch at the home of good vegetarian food in Leicester. I had Broccoli and Stilton soup for starters and it was divine. Sweet chilli pasta bake with salad was superb. The cornflake pie was a bit too sweet for my liking. Great service as always. Will be returning very soon"

Really lovely place, cosy and such a great selection of sweet treats for afterwards. Wasn't overly busy but we had a big group so we took over a bit. The staff were fantastic"
